Beards Etc. Barbershop (“Beards Etc.,” “we,” “us”) operates beardsetc.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you, book your services, and run the shop.
We use this information only to respond to you or to review your application. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Booking happens through Barberly, and gift card purchases happen through Square. When you use those links, you leave our site, and your information is handled under Barberly’s and Square’s privacy policies. The same applies to our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok pages. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their practices.
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, which processes them on our behalf. We share information only with providers that help us run the website and the shop, or when required by law.
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep job applications for up to 12 months so we can reach out about future openings, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your application sooner at any time.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email BeardsEtcShop@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, and our site runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
